Sandra WallerHaving worked in the N.H.S as an Occupational Therapist, Sandra was interested in how to help people keep their independence after illness or trauma. When she discovered the Alexander Technique, she soon realised that it was possible for people to enhance their quality of life, regardless of their health/life status. Her experience of learning and teaching the Alexander Technique has given her a tremendous insight into the human potential to improve and go on improving the quality of life indefinitely. |

Sue LusherSue reluctantly admits that the Alexander Technique found her rather than the other way around. After several years of suffering with lower back pain, despite regular treatment by an osteopath, she signed up for an Alexander Technique course and soon found the answer to her ongoing back problem; it was the habitual way in which she was slumping that was the cause of the pain. The Technique improved her life to such an extent that she undertook the three year training course and now teaches the Alexander Technique full time. |
